Sockerkaka med graham
Fredrik Paulún har ett trevligt recept på sockerkaka i sin bok Blodsockerblues (Fitnessförlaget 2002, ISBN 91-973429-1-2) på s 149.
Där använder han fruktsocker. Ska man få ägg fluffigt med fruktsocker behöver man en köksmaskin eller elvisp med ställ. Det tar längre tid än med vanligt socker.
Byt ut vetemjölet mot grahamsmjöl. Det ger en mörkare färg på kakan och är mest en estetisk fråga. Vill man camouflera grahamsmjölet kan man hacka valnötskärnor och blanda ner eller blanda mjölet med ett par matskedar kakao, som ger en mörkare färg, innan man tillsätter det.
Följ i övrigt receptet.
